What to Expect
SkillBridge participants have the opportunity to gain hands-on civilian work experience while applying the skills, leadership, and experience developed during military service.
Participants may work alongside Malibu Boats team members in a variety of functional areas and gain exposure to our operations, processes, and industry.
Our goal is to provide meaningful training and experience that supports the transition from military service into civilian employment. While participation in SkillBridge does not guarantee employment with Malibu Boats, participants may be considered for full-time opportunities based on qualifications, performance, business needs, and available positions.
