OVERVIEW
Irwin Marine is a multi-location New Hampshire (Lake Winnipesaukee) boat dealer and marina.
We are hiring a Parts & Rentals Manager in Laconia, NH. In this role you will lead, schedule, and develop the team day to day, and contribute to our team’s quality and success.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead, schedule, and develop the team day to day
- Drive production, quality, and on-time delivery targets
- Coach and train staff; conduct performance reviews
- Coordinate across departments and improve processes
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Prior supervisory or lead experience in marine or manufacturing
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving
- Ability to read schedules, prints, and specifications
- Track record of meeting quality and safety standards
COMPENSATION
Estimated market range $60,000 to $95,000/year (about $29 to $46/hour), depending on experience.
