Action Water Sports is looking to fill a part-time Proshop Associate position at our newest location in Waterford, MI. This location will service the Oakland County community with premium brands such as MasterCraft, Barletta, and Tidewater. Job Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience Answer phones and assist with inquiries Keep showroom, restrooms, and conference room clean, stocked, and organized Learn about products and assist customers with purchases Use our point-of-sale system to process transactions and help maintain stockroom organization Fulfill online orders and process shipments Technical and Physical Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to work safely around the water Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Basic boat handling skills preferred Minimum Soft Skills Qualifications: Eagerness to contribute to a growing, fast-paced, industry-leading company Treats others with dignity and respect Provides service with a positive attitude and strong communication Follows policies while seeking better, more efficient ways to complete tasks Adapts quickly to changing priorities and team needs Demonstrates initiative and a strong work ethic Apply Now
