OVERVIEW
Tidewater is the largest operator of offshore support vessels (OSVs) in the world, supporting offshore energy in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico. Mariner roles require a USCG Merchant Mariner Credential (MMC) with appropriate endorsements and a TWIC; work is rotational.
We are hiring a Master (OSV) in Offshore - Gulf of Mexico. In this role you will command the vessel and ensure safe operations, and contribute to our team’s quality and success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Command the vessel and ensure safe operations
- Oversee navigation, DP, and crew
- Manage compliance, cargo, and voyage planning
- Lead safety and emergency response

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- USCG Master license appropriate to tonnage/route
- DP and offshore command experience
- Valid MMC, TWIC, and required certs
- Strong leadership and judgment

COMPENSATION
Estimated market range $95,000 to $165,000/year (about $46 to $79/hour), depending on experience.
