Key Responsibilities

• Overall command and responsibility for vessel, crew, cargo and navigation
• Ensure safe operations, cargo handling and LNG procedures at all times
• Maintain compliance with international regulations, company policies and vetting requirements
• Lead and develop the deck and engine teams, promoting a strong safety culture
• Oversee voyage planning, bunkering, port operations and documentation
• Liaise with charterers, terminals, authorities and company representatives

Requirements

• Valid Master Mariner (Unlimited) CoC
• Recent experience as Master or Chief Officer on LNG or other gas tankers
• Valid STCW certificates and tanker/Gas (LNG) endorsements as per regulations
• Strong knowledge of LNG cargo operations, safety and emergency procedures
• Good command of English, spoken and written
• Proven leadership, teamwork and safety-focused mindset
