We are hiring a Marine Product Support Specialist in Olathe, KS. In this role you will support boaters and dealers with product questions, and contribute to our team’s quality and success.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support boaters and dealers with product questions
- Troubleshoot marine electronics and systems
- Document cases and escalate as needed
- Share feedback to improve products
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Customer support experience and boating knowledge
- Strong communication and troubleshooting
- Comfortable with marine electronics
- Patient and detail-oriented
COMPENSATION
Estimated market range $45,000 to $72,000/year (about $22 to $35/hour), depending on experience.
