We are hiring a Marine Hardware & Rigging Installer in New Gretna, NJ. In this role you will rig outboard/inboard engines, controls, steering, and electronics, and contribute to our team’s quality and success.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Rig outboard/inboard engines, controls, steering, and electronics
- Install hardware, plumbing, and fuel/water systems
- Follow rigging specs and manufacturer standards
- Test and commission completed boats
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Marine rigging or assembly experience
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Ability to read rigging diagrams
- Detail-oriented and safety-focused
COMPENSATION
Estimated market range $42,000 to $64,000/year (about $20 to $31/hour), depending on experience.
