We are hiring a Marine Engine Technician in Falmouth, MA. In this role you will diagnose, service, and repair boats, engines, and systems, and contribute to our team’s quality and success.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Diagnose, service, and repair boats, engines, and systems
- Perform scheduled maintenance, repowers, and rigging
- Road/water test and verify repairs
- Document service work and parts accurately
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Marine technician/mechanic experience (outboard or inboard)
- Manufacturer certifications (Yamaha, Mercury, etc.) a plus
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver license; own basic tools preferred
COMPENSATION
Estimated market range $46,000 to $80,000/year (about $22 to $38/hour), depending on experience.
