OVERVIEW
Tiara Yachts is a family-owned builder of premium yachts in Holland, MI, known for craftsmanship and innovation.
We are hiring a Marine Assembler in Holland, MI. In this role you will install components, hardware, and systems on the production line, and contribute to our team’s quality and success.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Install components, hardware, and systems on the production line
- Use hand and power tools to assemble boats
- Read assembly prints and follow build schedules
- Conduct quality checks and keep a clean work area
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Marine or manufacturing assembly experience preferred
- Comfortable with hand and power tools
- Ability to read prints and follow procedures
- Able to lift ~50 lbs; we will train motivated candidates
COMPENSATION
Estimated market range $35,000 to $56,000/year (about $17 to $27/hour), depending on experience.
