Key Responsibilities:

Operation handling:

  • Manage Shipping Instruction, VGM/FCR/HBL/Carrier Bill submission/issuance:
    • Co-ordinate with Customer Service and other related teams to issue FCR/HBL to Shipper as well as transmit SI to carrier via EDI timely and accurately.
    • Promptly address required documents revision to avoid disruptions in the documentation workflow and delays in cargo receipt at the destination.
    • Monitor performance of stakeholders to ensure the process flow and data quality.
  • System update, ASN management and custom manifest handling:
    • Receive shipment details from Customer Service teams and customers then handle data input into Maersk SCM systems.
    • Monitor information linkage and document status, work on the system troubleshooting if any to make sure the logic of system flows correctly.
    • Monitor customer ASN, custom manifest (AMS/ACI/ISF/ENS/ICS2) quality and timeliness.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs) per client basis during daily.
  • Carry out all activities in a manner which will contribute to the achievements of individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate shipment status updates in the system.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Resolve daily operational issues and ad-hoc cases, escalating when necessary.
  • Propose solutions and options to customers; support customers and other teams in resolving issues and handling exceptions.
  • Perform other relevant tasks assigned by leaders.

Qualification/s:

  • Majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related fields (Fresh graduate or Undergraduate student).
  • Having internship experience in Logistics and Shipping industry or experience in Shipping Instruction management/creation or Data key-in/platform key-in is a plus.
  • Detail oriented, hardworking and have high commitment to the job.
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Good Microsoft office skills (excel, power point, outlook, ...).
  • Passion in working with process and customers, with a careful sense.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive and quick learning, strong mind of improvement.
  • Able to coordinate with team in works and engagement events.
