Work Arrangement: Why Join Crowley: Responsibilities What You'll Do: Responsible for providing administrative support to a department, group of professionals and third-party contractors to maintain or repair equipment. Key Responsibilities: Perform preparation of reports and statistical controls of maintenance operations (costs, production, consumption of materials, etc.) to identify opportunities for improvement. Update equipment status in CICS system, Assignment of equipment for costumers. Coordination of emergency attention, vehicle services, assignment of mechanical tasks and other activities that require it. Prepare reports for collection (including bill of collection, informative emails of the damage, photos according to the case) for the authors of the damage to the equipment. File all the documentation required for the mentioned controls, keeping the order of the office. Monitoring of refrigerated equipment remotely through system and reporting of discrepancies. Qualifications Education & Credentials: Associate's degree in a related area; or a combination of post high school and equal experience may be substituted for education. Experience: 3 - 5 years transportation experience including specific experience in maintenance and/or related maintenance field. 3 years of work experience in data entry / handling or areas related to responsibilities. Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook and Word. Other: Bilingual (English/Spanish). Schedule flexibility is required. Working Conditions: Works both inside an office environment and also outside in conditions of both high and low temperatures. May be exposed to odors, dust, dirt, mechanical hazards, high noise levels and potentially dangerous equipment. Must be able to crouch and stoop to get into areas with restricted headroom and be able to climb ladders. May require extended use of computer keyboard and viewing of computer monitor and ability to sit for long periods of time. What We Offer?
