Tracker Boating Center (Bass Pro / White River Marine Group) sells and services Tracker, Nitro, Sun Tracker and more nationwide.
We are hiring a Lead Boat Sales Consultant in Fort Worth, TX. In this role you will guide customers through the boat buying experience, and contribute to our team’s quality and success.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Guide customers through the boat buying experience
- Prospect, follow up, and close sales
- Deliver demos and sea trials; coordinate delivery
- Maintain CRM records and hit sales targets
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Boat, vehicle, or relationship-sales experience
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Passion for boating and customer service
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
COMPENSATION
On-target earnings (base plus commission): $55,000 to $130,000/year, depending on performance.
