HCB Yachts builds the world's largest luxury center console yachts — fully customizable vessels from 39' to 65' — at its facility in Vonore, TN. Through the Crucero Experience and a world-class production process, every team member plays a vital role in delivering award-winning yachts.
We're hiring Lamination Technicians for fiberglass layup and composite lamination of hulls, decks and parts. Prior fiberglass/composites experience preferred.

We are hiring a Lamination Technician in Vonore, TN. In this role you will diagnose, service, and repair boats, engines, and systems, and contribute to our team’s quality and success.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Diagnose, service, and repair boats, engines, and systems
- Perform scheduled maintenance, repowers, and rigging
- Road/water test and verify repairs
- Document service work and parts accurately
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Marine technician/mechanic experience (outboard or inboard)
- Manufacturer certifications (Yamaha, Mercury, etc.) a plus
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver license; own basic tools preferred
COMPENSATION
Estimated market range $46,000 to $80,000/year (about $22 to $38/hour), depending on experience.
