Job Summary:
Jerry Pittman and Associates is seeking skilled Inside Machinists to operate and maintain various manual and CNC machining equipment. This role is responsible for producing quality parts by following engineering drawings, troubleshooting machining operations, and ensuring all work meets required specifications.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate manual and/or CNC machines, including lathes, mills, vertical machining centers, and horizontal boring mills

Set up and monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy and quality

Troubleshoot machining issues and take corrective action as needed

Perform quality inspections and verify dimensions meet drawing specifications

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Basic Qualifications:

Ability to work at extreme heights or in small, confined spaces

Ability to kneel, squat, crawl, bend, stoop, and climb as required

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Ability to work assigned shifts based on production needs

Must pass WorkKeys testing requirements

Must pass a Physical Agility Test
Preferred Qualifications:

CNC machining experience

High school diploma or equivalent
