We are hiring a Inshore Saltwater Product Manager / Engineer in Kilgore, TX. In this role you will lead, schedule, and develop the team day to day, and contribute to our team’s quality and success.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead, schedule, and develop the team day to day
- Drive production, quality, and on-time delivery targets
- Coach and train staff; conduct performance reviews
- Coordinate across departments and improve processes
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Prior supervisory or lead experience in marine or manufacturing
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving
- Ability to read schedules, prints, and specifications
- Track record of meeting quality and safety standards
COMPENSATION
Estimated market range $60,000 to $95,000/year (about $29 to $46/hour), depending on experience.
