REQUIRED :
- U.S Citizen or Permanent Resident

- Bachelor's Degree + 5 years of relevant experience
- Relevant Degrees : Computer Science, Information Technology, Business administration
- Experience managing enterprise-level IT projects in a heavily regulated industry such as defense or government contracting.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, ServiceNow PPM Module).
- Expert level knowledge of multiple project management methodologies
PREFERRED :
- PMP
- Experience in shipbuilding or other manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with cloud AI ecosystems (AWS SageMaker, Azure AI)
- Experience working with DevOps or MLOps frameworks
- Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfoli
DESCRIPTION :
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Level 4 IT Project Manager to lead our most complex, high impact, and large-scale technology initiatives. As a Project Manager, you'll lead complex, multidisciplinary projects from start to finish, working with cross-functional partners across the company, business stakeholders, IT Management, enterprise resources, managed service providers, and vendors.
You will act as a strategic orchestrator to deliver measurable business value. You will be responsible for defining project scope, developing detailed plans, managing cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and communicating progress to all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects (such as cloud migrations, ERP implementations, or major infrastructure overhauls) on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, has a working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
This role bridges the gap between technical implementation and business impact-ensuring projects are aligned with strategic objectives.
