OVERVIEW
HCB Yachts builds the world's largest luxury center console yachts — fully customizable vessels from 39' to 65' — at its facility in Vonore, TN. Through the Crucero Experience and a world-class production process, every team member plays a vital role in delivering award-winning yachts.
We're hiring General Assemblers to build and assemble components and systems on our yachts using hand and power tools. Marine or manufacturing assembly experience preferred; we'll train motivated team members.

We are hiring a General Assembler in Vonore, TN. In this role you will install components, hardware, and systems on the production line, and contribute to our team’s quality and success.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Install components, hardware, and systems on the production line
- Use hand and power tools to assemble boats
- Read assembly prints and follow build schedules
- Conduct quality checks and keep a clean work area
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Marine or manufacturing assembly experience preferred
- Comfortable with hand and power tools
- Ability to read prints and follow procedures
- Able to lift ~50 lbs; we will train motivated candidates
COMPENSATION
Estimated market range $35,000 to $56,000/year (about $17 to $27/hour), depending on experience.
