Wanchese Marina is a charter-fleet marina on the Outer Banks in Wanchese, NC, home to a busy sportfishing fleet and the Landing Grill. We hire friendly, hard-working crew who love being on the water.
We're hiring Fish House Employees — fish cutters and basic fish-house maintenance — to process the daily catch from our charter fleet. Knife skills and a strong work ethic welcome; we'll train motivated people.

We are hiring a Fish House Employee / Fish Cutter in Wanchese, NC. In this role you will launch, retrieve, fuel, and clean the fleet, and contribute to our team’s quality and success.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Launch, retrieve, fuel, and clean the fleet
- Assist members and guests at the dock
- Perform light maintenance and keep the marina shipshape
- Provide friendly, safety-first service on the water
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Comfort on and around boats
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Able to work outdoors, lift, and handle lines
- Boating experience a plus; we will train
COMPENSATION
Estimated market range $32,000 to $50,000/year (about $15 to $24/hour), depending on experience.
