KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITES
 Inspect completed boats for defects
 Stripping, caulk, strip, and etch boat
 Communicate with production leads on necessary rework
 Detail boats to Scout standard
 Responsible for cleanliness of your work area at all times.
 Follow Scout's policies and procedures and all safety rules.
 Eliminate unsafe conditions to ensure safety of yourself and your team.
 Be an active member of Continuous Improvement Processes
