Work Arrangement: Why Join Crowley: Responsibilities What You'll Do: Responsible for receiving services requests from our warehouse customers for warehouse, storage and local distribution services assuring services are provided in high quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and implement all security and safety protocols needed for a safe warehouse operation. Provide supervision of services being executed by outsourcing or temp personnel. Coordinate and implement with warehouse supervisor all security and safety protocols needed for safe warehouse operation. Responsible of receiving services requests from our warehouse customers, coordinate the execution of the service and assure services high quality standards. Document preparation (packing list, DUA and assignment of seal) for each client's request. Qualifications Education & Credentials: High school diploma or equivalent, with related course work after high school and job-related training. Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in warehouse and distribution services or related field, experience in trucking or maritime industry, preferably skilled in transportation, inventory control and management, and distribution logistics. Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience in transportation management systems preferred. Other: Bilingual (English/Spanish). Schedule flexibility is required. Working Conditions: Works both inside an office environment and outside in conditions of both high and low temperatures. May be exposed to odors, dust, dirt, mechanical hazards, high noise levels and potentially dangerous equipment. Must be able to crouch and stoop to get into areas with restricted headroom and to climb ladders. May require extended use of computer keyboard, viewing of computer monitor and ability to sit for long periods of time. Requires use of personal protection equipment’s, security measures and equipment’s related to warehouse and distribution services. What We Offer?
