Exterior Excellence

  • Full exterior wash—hull, deck, and topsides cleaned to perfection
  • Clay bar treatment to obliterate embedded contamination
  • Machine polish (rotary and dual-action) to restore and amplify gelcoat/paint brilliance
  • Premium wax seal application for fortress-level UV and salt protection
  • Metal brightwork polished to mirror shine

Interior Mastery

  • Complete interior detail—every surface immaculate

What You Bring to the Table

Required Qualifications

  • Proven professional detailing mastery—marine, automotive, or both
  • Expert-level proficiency with machine polishers (rotary and dual-action)
  • Deep knowledge of clay bar, compound, polish, and wax/sealant application techniques
  • Advanced understanding of marine vinyl care, glass treatment, and marine-specific product chemistry
  • Own complete detailing equipment and supplies (or proven ability to source them)
  • Reliable transportation to multiple marina and dock locations
  • Obsessive attention to detail with zero tolerance for substandard results
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred Skills—The Competitive Edge

  • Extensive marine detailing experience on fiberglass hulls and gelcoat restoration
  • Mastery of premium marine product lines (3M, Meguiar's Marine, Star Brite, Collinite, and beyond)
  • Marina environment expertise—dock protocols, water safety, professional etiquette
  • Ability to cross-sell and bundle detailing with mechanical service opportunities
  • Vision for expanding into additional high-value marine service disciplines
  • Portfolio of finished work demonstrating exceptional results
