Competition Compliance Programme Support – Student Assistant ( Early Careers)

What we offer
You will support the Head of Competition Compliance with execution, managing and coordination of selected compliance projects primarily relating to implementation of the Maersk competition compliance programme. You will be able to assist with tasks related to trainings, risk assessment, reporting and monitoring of compliance across the global organization.
You will work closely with the Competition Law team, as well as with members of the broader Compliance team.
Upon completion of an initial onboarding period, the scope may gradually be extended. This is subject to the working student’s interests, development goals and their performance.

- Support on ad hoc tasks and initiatives
Who are we looking for
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Commercial Law, Business Administration or a related field combined with first work experience through student jobs or internships.
You are team oriented, with an ability to value a diverse and geographically dispersed team. You have a strong independent drive and goal-orientation, combined with the ability to meet deadlines through prioritizing and organizing activities.
Furthermore you
- are proficient in English, both spoken and in writing
- are an experienced user of Microsoft 365 (amongst others Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc)
- can handle multiple, simultaneous tasks effectively and efficiently
- have ability to perform detailed work accurately and within agreed deadlines
- enjoy taking ownership of your own projects
- have the ability to collect and validate data, retain and follow up meticulously.
To be considered for this position, it is a requirement that you are enrolled in a danish university and based out of Copenhagen.
