Rank: Chief Officer (C/O) · Vessel: Tanker - Chemical

Join OSM Thome as Chief Officer on a chemical tanker trading worldwide. We are looking for a hands-on, safety-focused leader to support the Master, manage deck operations, and ensure smooth daily running of the vessel.

Key responsibilities:
Assist the Master in safe and efficient vessel operations
Plan and supervise deck crew and work routines
Oversee cargo operations, loading, discharging and tank cleaning
Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental and ISM procedures
Maintain deck, cargo gear and safety equipment in good order
Update and maintain navigational and cargo documentation

Requirements:
Valid Chief Officer unlimited license
Recent experience on chemical tankers in rank as C/O or 2/O
Valid STCW certificates, including advanced tanker / chemical endorsements
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multinational crew
Good English communication skills, written and spoken
Medically fit for sea service and ready to join worldwide
