Key Responsibilities
As CHB Delivery Lead, you will:
Lead a team responsible for the successful execution of U.S. import customs brokerage activities.
Drive operational excellence, productivity, and service quality across assigned customer accounts.
Serve as a subject matter expert for customs brokerage processes, classifications, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with CBP regulations and other government agency requirements.
Monitor key performance indicators and implement actions to improve team performance and customer outcomes.
Partner with customers to understand business needs, resolve issues, and strengthen long-term relationships.
Oversee accurate invoicing, accrual management, and account performance.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability and engagement.
Leverage Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Growth, and Operations teams to support business objectives.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of customs brokerage, freight forwarding, logistics, or international trade experience.
Previous people leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and import brokerage operations.
Experience managing customer relationships and service delivery.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) or advanced customs compliance expertise.
Experience leading operational improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with Lean practices and performance management tools.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational systems.

Pay Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00*
*The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location. Final compensation will be discussed directly with the selected candidate(s) in compliance with all applicable laws.
