Action Water Sports is looking to fill the position of Boat Sales Consultant at our Central Florida location. Our Clermont location services the Central Florida boating community and carries premier brands such as MasterCraft, Cobalt, and Barletta Pontoon boats. Key Roles: Consulting individuals/families with the process of purchasing a boat Conducting test drives and demonstrations on MasterCraft, Barletta, and Cobalt models Following up with leads in a timely manner Utilize our computer CRM system (Salesforce) Greeting customers and developing relationships Answering the phone Assisting in the pro shop when necessary Requirements: 3+ Years of retail sales or equivalent Proven sales history Experience with Salesforce Outstanding Communication Skills Boating industry experience is preferred Apply Now!
