North River Boats is an employee-owned builder of welded-aluminum boats in Roseburg, OR. Hiring an Aluminum Boat Welder/Fabricator to weld and fabricate welded-aluminum boats. Aluminum (MIG/TIG) welding experience required.
We are hiring a Aluminum Boat Welder/Fabricator in Roseburg, OR. In this role you will fabricate and weld aluminum and stainless marine components, and contribute to our team’s quality and success.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Fabricate and weld aluminum and stainless marine components
- Read prints and lay out, cut, and fit assemblies
- Weld to marine-grade quality and inspect welds
- Maintain a safe, organized fabrication area
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Aluminum and/or stainless welding experience (MIG/TIG)
- Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Marine or structural fabrication background preferred
- Able to pass a weld test
COMPENSATION
Estimated market range $46,000 to $72,000/year (about $22 to $35/hour), depending on experience.
