Join OSM Thome as an AB Deck and be part of a safe and efficient deck team trading worldwide. You will work closely with officers and crew to keep the vessel in good order and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at sea and in port.

• Key responsibilities:
• Assist with mooring, unmooring, anchoring and cargo operations
• Stand lookout and helm watch as instructed by the officer on watch
• Carry out deck maintenance, chipping, painting and cleaning
• Operate deck gear and equipment in a safe and proper manner
• Follow all safety procedures and take part in drills and inspections
• Support general shipboard duties as directed by the Master and officers

• Requirements:
• Must be British/Irish or have Frontier visa. GWO SS is required
• Valid AB certificate and STCW basic safety training
• Valid seafarer medical certificate fit for worldwide service
• Good experience in deck work, mooring and watchkeeping
• Basic English communication skills
• Team player with a strong safety mindset and willingness to work hard
