Join OSM Thome as 3rd Officer (3/O) on Oil/Chemical Tankers trading worldwide. You will be part of a professional deck team, supporting safe navigation, cargo operations, and deck routines on a modern and well-managed fleet.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with safe navigation, watchkeeping, and bridge duties
Support cargo operations, including loading, discharging, and tank cleaning
Carry out safety rounds, checks, and maintenance of deck and safety equipment
Update charts, publications, and navigational equipment as assigned
Follow company safety procedures and assist in drills and emergency duties

Requirements

Valid 3rd Officer (OOW) license with tanker endorsement (Oil/Chemical)
Valid STCW certificates and seafarer medical fitness
Prior tanker experience preferred
Good English communication skills
Team player with a strong safety mindset and willingness to learn
