Join OSM Thome as 3rd Engineer on a container vessel trading worldwide. Be part of a professional engine team, keeping machinery safe, reliable and ready for sea at all times.

Key responsibilities:
Assist in operation and maintenance of main engine and auxiliary engines
Carry out planned maintenance on engine room equipment and systems
Monitor machinery performance, record engine room data and report abnormalities
Support bunkering, fuel transfer and lube oil handling as directed
Ensure engine room is kept safe, clean and in good working order
Follow SMS, safety procedures and environmental regulations at all times

Requirements:
Valid 3rd Engineer (III/1 or III/2 as applicable) CoC for seagoing vessels
Experience on container vessels preferred
Valid STCW certificates and seafarer medical fitness
Good English communication skills
Strong safety mindset and ability to work in a team
