OVERVIEW
Harken, Inc. — the employee-owned (ESOP) leader in deck hardware, winches and hydraulics in Pewaukee, WI — is hiring a 2nd Shift Material Handler/Floater. Full-time, non-exempt; schedule is four 10-hour days, Mon–Thurs.

What you'll do:
• Fulfill parts requests for rush work and sales orders on time; replenish bins from other stock locations
• Accurately count and verify products added to or taken from inventory, confirming part name/number against the bin
• Perform bench-type assembly of mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies using hand tools
• Keep a clean, orderly work area and produce dependable, quality work

What you'll bring:
• High school diploma or GED required; high degree of accuracy with numbers
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail; team-oriented attitude
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and shop math; ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted

- Marine or manufacturing assembly experience preferred
- Comfortable with hand and power tools
- Ability to read prints and follow procedures
- Able to lift ~50 lbs; we will train motivated candidates

COMPENSATION
Estimated market range $35,000 to $56,000/year (about $17 to $27/hour), depending on experience.
