Rank: 2nd Officer (2/O) · Vessel: Tanker - Chemical

Set sail with OSM Thome as 2nd Officer on a worldwide trading chemical tanker. We are looking for a safety-minded and hands-on deck officer who is ready to support navigation, cargo operations and overall bridge management on an international trade route.

Key responsibilities:
Watchkeeping duties on bridge and during port operations
Assist with voyage planning, navigation and position fixing
Support loading, discharging and handling of chemical cargoes
Maintain charts, publications and navigational equipment
Participate in safety drills, inspections and ISM/ISPS routines
Assist in deck maintenance and supervision of deck ratings

Requirements:
Valid 2nd Officer license (STCW II/1 or higher)
Recent seagoing experience on chemical or product tankers
Valid STCW certificates and tanker/chemical endorsements
Good English communication skills
Strong safety awareness and team attitude
Fit for worldwide trading and willing to work in a multinational crew
